These Sponsorship Terms cover exclusive display sponsorships on Sekaira operated by Sekaira (“we”, “us”, or “our”). They sit alongside our Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Refund Policy.
1. What a sponsorship is
A sponsorship is a time-boxed exclusive placement (“flight”) on designated surfaces such as Nexus Apex homepage rails or a World Takeover for one game. It is not the same as a Featured listing boost (currently A$9.99 for 30 days).
Inventory, indicative prices, and fairness rules are published at /advertise and may change for future flights. The price and dates written on your invoice or Stripe payment link control that purchase.
2. Buyer supplies all creatives
You must supply final creative artwork and the destination URL. Sekaira does not design, redraw, resize for aesthetics, or otherwise produce advertising creatives for you.
Staff may only approve or reject submitted creatives for quality, safety, legality, and brand fit. Rejected creatives must be replaced by you. The flight clock does not start until an approved creative is live.
You warrant that you own or have licensed all rights in the creative (including trademarks and likenesses), that the destination URL is accurate and lawful, and that the creative does not mislead players or violate applicable advertising or consumer laws.
3. Flexible sizing
We publish recommended aspect ratios and soft file limits. Exact IAB pixel dimensions are not required. Creatives are shown in fluid frames (letterboxing or pillarboxing may occur). We may reject files that are unsafe, extremely tiny, or extremely large under our soft limits, but we will not reject solely for missing a traditional fixed banner size.
4. Fairness and exclusivity
To keep inventory scarce and fair, we may enforce organisation caps (including one World Takeover at a time), cooling periods when another buyer is waitlisted, and waitlists for sold-out products. Dual Apex rails are sold only as a reviewed package. Rare “Empire” exceptions are at our discretion and priced above the public card.
5. Payment and delivery
Premium sponsorships are sold invoice-led or via Stripe payment link. Delivery is the exclusive display of your approved creative on the agreed slots for the flight window. We do not guarantee clicks, sign-ups, votes, or revenue.

6. Refunds
Sponsorship purchases are digital promotional services. Subject to non-excludable law, sales are final once payment is accepted, as described in our Refund Policy. If we cannot deliver a paid flight due to our inventory error, we will offer a replacement flight or a refund at our option.
7. Removal
We may pause or remove a creative that becomes non-compliant, unsafe, or the subject of a credible rights complaint. Time lost for your breach is not refunded. Contact help@sekaira.com for operational issues.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of South Australia, Australia, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections where you live.
